Welcome to Zaqoota. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Zaqoota mobile application, website, and services, including Grocery, Food, Pharmacy, Ecommerce, and Parcel modules.

By accessing or using Zaqoota, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Definitions

  • “ZaQoota” refers to the platform, company, application, and services provided.

  • “User” refers to any person using the app to place orders or access services.

  • “Vendor” refers to merchants, stores, or sellers offering products or services.

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to ZaQoota.

  • “Services” refers to all features provided through the app.

2. Eligibility

To use ZaQoota:

  • You must be at least 18 years old

  • You must provide accurate and complete information

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

ZaQoota reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Platform Role

ZaQoota acts as a technology platform that connects users, vendors, and delivery partners.
We do not manufacture, store, or own products listed by vendors unless explicitly stated.

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Product quality and accuracy

  • Pricing and availability

  • Order fulfillment

4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders placed through ZaQoota are subject to availability and vendor acceptance

  • Prices, delivery charges, and taxes are displayed before checkout

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways

  • ZaQoota does not store full payment card details

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Order cancellations are subject to the Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy

  • Policies may vary by module and vendor

ZaQoota reserves the right to make the final decision in dispute cases.

6. Delivery & Location Services

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors

  • Location access is required for delivery and tracking features

  • Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery details

ZaQoota is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information or uncontrollable circumstances.

7. Pharmacy & Medical Disclaimer

  • Pharmacy services are provided by licensed third-party pharmacies

  • Users are responsible for providing valid prescriptions when required

  • ZaQoota does not provide medical advice

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional when needed.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Abuse the platform, vendors, or delivery partners

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

  • Misuse promotions, referrals, or refunds

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions

  • Fulfill orders responsibly and on time

  • Comply with local laws and regulations

  • Handle customer issues professionally

ZaQoota may suspend vendors violating platform standards.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on ZaQoota, including:

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

  • App design

  • Text and graphics

are the intellectual property of ZaQoota and may not be used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

ZaQoota shall not be liable for:

  • Vendor product quality issues

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Losses caused by third-party services

  • Delays beyond reasonable control

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

ZaQoota reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice

  • Restrict access in case of policy violations, fraud, or abuse

13. Modifications to Services

ZaQoota may:

  • Update features

  • Add or remove modules

  • Modify pricing or policies

at any time without prior notice.
